Rude workers, broken machines, and water smells like it's reused throughout the day. Workers literally getting drunk when I go here.

Large and clean. The workers may not always be available.
Clean, and well-kept; there are working arcade classics like Ms. Pacman, a great plus for keeping oneself from boredom while waiting, and chairs for sitting. Washing machines work beautifully and appear new. However, there is room for improvement in the bathroom, where there was no soap or hand towels; not sure how I feel yet about having to buy a chip card in order to wash my laundry.
